Convenient customer rating 0.5 out of 5 After 2 requests, the TV and clock were not fixed. The star rating on this hotel is not correct and I ended up paying way too much for this 1 star Inn. The bananas I had for breakfast. TV, clock radio and orange juice machine were broken.. customer rating 1 out of 5 Would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. I didn't pay a lot for my room, but I still feel like I overpaid. Paid way too much for the experience I had here and the quality of this hotel. Filthy rooms, bad smells, and staff didn't care to Area. Close to the Galleria area in Houston, TX. Cleanliness (or lack thereof), smelled terrible.
