Check in and check out was fast and friendly. When I couldn't find my rewards card, they looked it up, but since I had to leave I was called to verify that they had the right name and address. They went out of their way to give me my reward points. Beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff (3 people) were very friendly and polite.The bar personnel were fun, friendly and accommodating. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I really liked. We just enjoyed.
