I have been in many hotels with receptions and I did not hear a pin. The decoration of the lobby. The noise during the night. We were told that the weeding ended at 12, that was not true. customer rating 2 out of 5 This hotel is 3 star in looks and price, It is very nice. As for service, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at - I have had better svc at Days inn. We ordered a pot of coffee Tuesday morning (cost $14) we set it outside the door - it was still there on Friday when we left. They made the bed each day, but never (and I mean never) re-supplied us - we ran out of toilet paper on the second night! Need ice they wont let you get it yourself but took at least 30 mins each time - to get the smallest bucket of ice I have ever seen. It was a beautiful hotel.
