With the road construction done, this hotel is now easy to get to. The female evening staff is courteous and friendly, but don't even try to deal with the male, daytime staff, unless you want to be made to feel like you're putting him out. Rude, early-twenties, always just a little too busy typing to be friendly or courteous, gives you a sideways look of contempt and speaks with a tone dripping with attitude. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A/C unit rocks. Indoor pool was advertised as heated, and they still claim it is, but it is not. They say 85 degrees, I say 65 degrees. So cold you'll get sick, which is what happened to me and my wife. So I give it a 5 out of 10. Great location, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool is not heated.
