Front desk person while professional, was not engaging. customer rating 1 out of 5 The night I was there, the elevator was broken, the heat was minimal, the boiler broke, they sent me to a room that was already taken...twice! Two young kids running the desk were not prepared and seemed to be more into dinner than helping me. Nothing Wrong room 3 times, no hot water, elevator broken, kids running front desk. customer rating 4 out of 5 It was fine. I used it for a one-night stay while I was moving. The bed felt hard, but I slept great with no pain the next day. Room and bath were spacious and clean. Hallway noise carried into room quite well.
