Had our keys with the name already waiting on the counter and when we requested a room with double beds, she told us they were full. It was very clear that the hotel was not even close to being full! We had no hot water in our room and when maintenance came, he said we had to run the sink and tub for 20 minutes to get the hot water because the room was far away from the broiler. The tub had patches all over it with a off white color that did not match the tub. Plus, there were black hairs all in the bathroom on the floor and tub, gross! We were very disappointed for the price we paid and the quality we received. I normally book 3 stars rooms that are 120% better than this one! Not a 3 star hotel. I could have stayed in a cheap motel for better price and quality. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Very good location, staff were friendly and helpful and all rooms have a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Room was clean and modern. Location to the beach, nice pool, nice moderate hotel.
