If we don't get our money back we will start booking our hotel room direct. Please contact Weeks phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX Not much we called the hotel and we were told our room would be be ready at 2:00 pm but when we went to the front desk they said it would be later and would call us.They never called and after 2 hours we called and they said the room was ready. We only stayed in the room for 2 hours before there was arguing in fighting in the room across from us. We called security 3 times before we decided we were not safe, we packed our bags and left the hotel. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 We rented this room around prom time and although it was extremely busy, we found the staff to be very helpful and enjoyed our stay here. Customer service was great. It was very crowded but due to time of year. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 I've stayed in many Hiltons before and this one was not as nice as others compared to the price.
