The staff didn't understand and the maid didn't clean my room. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 The front desk was not very social. Heard everything in the hallways. Dead roach on floor and never picked up. Rooms did not have a "clean smell". No elevator. Carpets dirty. Glad it was only one night. Rather dry next door. Easy to get to. To expensive for accommodations. Dead roach on the floor in the doorway of eating room. Only has a few tables in the breakfast area. customer rating 5 out of 5 Exceeded my most optimistic expectations. On-site guest laundry, exercise room, complimentary breakfast and USA Today, refrigerator! At times people in other rooms were quite noisy.
