The staff was great and friendly. customer rating 5 out of 5 Clean - inside and out. I felt very safe traveling alone with my granddaughter who is 14 years old because it was well lit, and I could park near the front entrance. The rooms were spotless clean, and my feet did not stick to the carpet as in some rooms - ugh! Our room was right by the elevator, but we never heard any noise that was disturbing to us. I would have appreciated a TV schedule other than which channel was ABC, NBC, etc. I could not find any of the programs I like to watch without going through all the channels. Close proximity to shopping and other metroplex activities. I do not like having 80.00 debited for 4-5 dayson my card for incidentals. Was told it would drop off the next day, but didn't until the following week. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I had already paid, and no other option for a hotel or I would not have stayed. I ended up be charged double for the room under the disguise of incidentals. We had no incidentals. No pets no smoking etc. Room was nice. Lighting was good. Double billed.
