The front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Our room was large and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was large and clean. There are multiple buildings w/ outside entries, like a mini-apartment complex. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall this hotel was good to stay in for a short time. The facility's appearance was really different from any other Holiday Inn that I've eve seen. Staff were really friendly. The rooms were smaller than what I thought it would be for the price that I paid. Location is awesome though -- close to everything. The location was fantastic. Close to shopping areas, movie theater, and restaurants. Expensive to upgrade to a suite. Entrance was a bit confusing and the room was a little smaller than I expected. customer rating 5 out of 5 Other than the mix-up in a clean room, our time was wonderful and I would stay here again! It was surprising to have a 2.5 star hotel and pay the price we did!
