Room was small and simple, not reflective of the more pleasing public areas. customer rating 5 out of 5 I was very happy with the location and personnel at this hotel. Staff was friendly. customer rating 2 out of 5 I won't stay there again. Based on other 3.5 star ratings I have stayed at it doesn't compare. An old Holiday Inn that has tried to refurbish, but failed. Dated, not real clean, and less than good refurbish.
