Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, free weekday happy hour. No free breakfast and walls are a bit thin, so can get noisy depending on nearby guest. Clean, upscale, moderately elegant hotel. Great Price on Priceline! No free breakfast, no real restaurants in the hotel, just attached café next door. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel itself was excellent. The room was extremely clean and pleasant.The staff was equally pleasant. However, the restaurant is much to be desired. They really could have cared less that you had problems. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was worse. My husbands hamburger was brought to him with my salad. We wait 2 hours for my steak only after we complained. It was burned we had terrible service never got water, or refills. The hotel manager never came even after we asked her where our food was. This was absolutely one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. It was very clean. All staff went out of there way to accommodate and greet us. It was extremely pleasant.
