No parking to unload luggage, no one would answer the phone, my car sat in a parking spot waiting to be valet parked for hours, went to dinner and had to go get my own car because the valet guy was gone, had to pay extra for a double bed room, free breakfast was horrible, bathroom smelled like mildew, we could hear people in every direction cause the walls were so thin including people walking upstairs from us, could not control air-conditioner so we were sweating all night and the staff said the rooms are set at 75 and it couldn't be changed. Nothing Everything customer rating 1 out of 5 Would not recommend hotel smells and the beds are uncomfortable and the AC does not get to cold. The staff was not help full at all. Hotel smelled like damp clothes. customer rating 4 out of 5 I spent 17 dollars in parking.. 33% of what the room cost,old facilities, had to figure out how to program remote control for the TV that they gave me when I asked for 1 in front desk, shower beautiful, nice bed, and super clean... courteous staff, the light blocking curtains do not close all the way.
