Pillows were very fat, got a crick in neck from sleeping on them. customer rating 1 out of 5 I was very dissatisfied with the quality of this hotel. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Would not recommend - not my idea of a 3 star. a coat of paint and newish decor can't hide the need for a major overall. dirty, musty smell in halls and rooms, carpet was stretched and lumpy in hall, bathroom door wouldn't latch or lock, old style ac unit, hard mattress, lumpy cheap poly pillows, a 2 1/2 star rating would be a stretch.
