Staff at front desk saw us struggling to open them but did not come help. The door would partially open and then would get stuck. Someone came to help and said they always have problems with those doors. The cleanliness of the room. Staff not very friendly. customer rating 2 out of 5 I liked that this hotel was close to Dallas Market Center and had a free shuttle. However, the proximity to the train tracks made for an extremely disruptive sleep experience and my room was located near the elevator which also proved disruptive. However, the friendliness of the hotel staff and free WIFI was a nice benefit. Convenience to Dallas Market Center, free WIFI. The staff was very helpful and friendly to my family and myself, they were able to guide us to different areas. Roy the shuttle driver was very friendly to my grandson and talk with him and told him different area to see (he was only 5 years old), the young lady at the receptionists desk was also helpful at the check-in. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if need to. Shuttle services, and friendly staff. No negative comments.
