Nothing this was an awful experience. Room smelled of urine. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I was traveling on business with my business partner. The hotel was awful. I did not go to the hotel, the room was unusable and the hotel staff refused to make accommodations. I asked for a room for two adults. The hotel would not accommodate and offered a room with one queen bed (for two large men more than 6 foot 5 inches tall to share). I then asked for a room with a roll away, extra bedding, extra pillows, a couch to sleep on, etc. I was told they do not do that and we could sleep in the same bed. I then asked what about two beds in a room, I was told that would be more than twice as much as the room I had paid. I did, and the customer service department told me (after also calling the hotel and hearing the same response) I could sleep in the same bed with my business partner? I then asked for any solution to the problem. The answer was that there was nothing that could be done. I was told I would have to pay the more than double price for another bed in the room, only directly to the hotel, and no other steps could be taken to get a few blankets or a roll away to make the room work. I even called the hotel back and asked if there was a couch somewhere in the hotel that I could sleep on or borrow the pillows to make it work. I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to come up with a solution with no help from the hotel. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life and I spend more than 100 days a year traveling. I ended up having to stay at a different hotel while in Dallas on the advice of my credit card company when I called to stop the char. Nothing- terrible experience.
