It was so much better than the other room. No roaches, no terrible smell, and the toilet actually worked. It was a handicap room and I'm sure it was available the night before. This hotel sure did leave a bad taste for Dallas. Got a non-smoking room. Prior room was terrible. customer rating 1 out of 5 The hotel is divided into 3 buildings. My first night was in building one. It was completely bug infested inside and out. The room had bugs in the toilet, along the floor and occasionally crawling on the chairs. I'd kill them and more would pop up. Disgusting. On top of that, it was a smoker's room so I woke up with a sinus infection, cough and sneeze. The location is very good. Lots of roaches.
