Had a great stay but wished the gym would have been in order and the construction was a bit much. Great location. Lots of construction. customer rating 1 out of 5 The hotel was under construction and getting parked and inside was confusing and a pain with small children. Upon checking in, I was told my reservation was at another property, and that was it. The clerk. Would not double check, tell me which property, or help in any way but was very impatient withme as I tried to get my confirmation number out. Once it was established that I was at the right location Iwas checked into a room on the eighth floor with two kids under five that was under maintenance construction. Door open room torn up. Second room my keys weren't programmed. Several trips to the desk later we made it to the pool which was also under construction and freezing. Our balcony door would not lock and I worried my kids would wander out there alone. Person to person. My waitress at the restaurant was extremely friendly and the food was not bad. Wouldn't go back to this property and would not recommend it to anyone. Unorganized staff did not go out of their way to deal with the MANY problems we had. Under construction (total mess) pool freezing, restaurant good. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The only reason my family chose this hotel was for the pool. There should have been some kind of communication on their website indicating the pool had been closed. We would have picked a different place. It was not fun telling my 4 year old she wouldn't be able to swim. The TV's in the room. The food at breakfast was awful, the customer service was non-existence and the advertised pool was closed.
