The bathroom shower wouldn't stop running after we turned it off. We informed the staff as we were leaving for the day. We came back and it was not running anymore. The next morning the shower had no cold water only hot steaming water too hot to even shower. We informed the staff 3x and it still took 2 hours to send someone up to even look at it. Took 5 minutes to fix, but 2 hours to wait. Not happy Area Bathroom customer rating 4 out of 5 Staff was very helpful and friendly. Put me on floor with 50 high school kids. had to wait 15 minutes for elevator.
