I did not sit on the chair and ottoman in the room as they were too dirty. customer rating 3 out of 5 My stay was OK. The third floor room had a high ceiling, and the bathroom was relatively clean. However, the furniture and carpet are old and dirty. Funny, I found crumbs on the floor in my room - the same as another review of this hotel. Close to Dallas Love Field. VERY old carpet & furniture, musty smell customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Service was great, but the room was not what<BR/>I expected. It was okay. The room had a stale smoky smell and the heat air unit didn't work properly.
