Staff not knowledgable. customer rating 5 out of 5 Very nice staff. The room was very clean and there was plenty for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. They gave us a non smoking room when we asked. You can smell smoke in the hallway from cigarettes. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel was good, I was just a little upset that I had to pay more to get two beds and a non smoking room. I had 2 adults and 2 children and did not want smoking. Location was great, enjoyed the stay. Upon arriving I was given a smoking room with 1 bed. I had requested 2 adults and 2 children, no smoking.
