They finally had to let us in with a pass key & then someone had to stay in the room the whole time so the other one could get back in.& Location was perfect for what we needed. Trouble with the room keys. customer rating 4.1 out of 5 It served my expectations just fine, no complaints except for flat pillows. It's location and its cleanliness. Flat pillows. customer rating 3 out of 5 The maid service was good, for extra towels you had to go to the front office, and do a three ring circus somewhat. For kids to watch TV. And have something they could actually watch and be happy they need to upgrade their cable network. For kids to keep quite and whatever they need to invest in something. It was in a good location for where I was going and what I was doing. The cable was not what I expected, and as far as kids go this is not a hotel for them or for cartoons for kids.
