Located in a very busy and complex highway intersection. Located next to an area with many defunct businesses and mall areas. customer rating 4 out of 5 It was a great hotel for the price. I felt safe and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The snack store beside the front desk. The breakfast from room service was not hot. customer rating 5 out of 5 The location of the hotel is in a more rugged area of Austin. But the quality of the hotel was far from rugged. It was beautiful, clean, and appeared very upscale. The staff was very nice. We had requested for 1 room, with 2 beds, but the room reserved was a king size. There was four of us, so they brought us pull out beds to help us accommodate to our cost. They kindly brought us pullout beds because our room had a king size bed, with 4 people. Breakfast buffet was expensive.
