Customer Reviews for Best Western Atrium North Austincustomer rating 1.5 out of 5 First impression was ok, front desk staff was nice. The carpet in front of my room was disgusting with stains. My room door creaked like a haunted house when opened and closed. Bed is so-so, there was a nice rolling desk chair and desk in the room. Internet worked good. Theworst part is the walls are very thin, and my room was connected to the next via doors between them. You can hear every word spoken in the next room, and my second night there were college kids next to me, talking loud and laughing till about 11:30...then again when they got back from the bars at 3:00 AM. Despite the fact that there are multiple signs all around that sayno diving the children were constantly jumping into the pool, screaming and shouting the whole time. I didn't even bother to go down to the pool, they were there from 2:00 PM till after the pool was supposed to close at 9:00 PM. The bathtub/shower is extremely narrow, barely enough room to turn around. Front desk staff seems friendly. Very disappointed with overall quality, for what I paid. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Room was nice enough! I enjoyed my stay there in Austin! customer rating 3 out of 5 Rooms were clean and quiet. Well maintained. Well equipped with microwave and fridge. Free breakfast included made to order eggs, bacon etc. Staff was accommodating to travelers needs. Near a bad neighborhood.
