Customer Reviews for Best Western Mall South Abilenecustomer rating 2 out of 5 Too crowded...There were 2 overstuffed chairs in the room and 1 was broken .they were in the way of the airconditioner. The room was not very cool . customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Not very pleasing on the eyes night staff was very helpful only to be annoyed by day staff calling early in the am to find out check out time when I notified the night clerk, then housekeeping can knocking 2 hours before arranged check out time. The only rooms available were smoking rooms that smelled terrible. They only allowed 1 additional hour for late check out and called and knocked.
