Pillows were too small. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Good location. Under renovations, grungy carpets and generally not kept up to scratch. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 This hotel is more like a motel with rooms opening directly to the outside. Ours opened over a busy downtown street. The location didn't seem that safe and the front desk told us that cars parked there have been broken into. The staff was very nice and the free breakfast had a lot of options. The rooms were old and shabby. I don't see how this hotel could have more than 1 star. The breakfast buffet was better than expected. The rooms were in poor condition and the room door opened to a busy street.
