I didn't expect much from this hotel. From the outside, it looks not to bad. But once in my room, I was so disappointed! There were bugs in my room and in the bathroom. Iron and Ironing Board were dirty. The iron was caked with rust/dirt on the bottom. Bugs came crawling out of the ironing board when I opened it. Don't use these items on a white shirt, or it will be ruined! My room did not insulate me from the noise outside. It was very noisy, with people talking loud in the outside hallways late into the night and again very early in the morning starting about 4 am. People were hanging around outside of their rooms smoking, talking, partying. The room decor is old. Old bedding, old carpet, not updated in a long time. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (I didn't have a car), but nothing special or particularly good. Thank goodness I was there only one night. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel is not kept up very well. Convenient to airport. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff and shuttle driver. Insects in the room/bathroom! Noisy. Rooms not very clean. Iron/Ironing board filthy. Room and towels smelled funky. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Inexpensive, didnt expect much. but on a last minuit budget. Construction, and front desk not knowledgable about local attractions. customer rating 3 out of 5 Besides the uncomfortable bed, at 2:00AM (probably when the bars close)a group decided to hold a noisy get together outside our room for 30 minutes. It was convenient for an early morning flight from the Nashville airport. Very hard and uncomfortable bed.
