Easy to find, friendly front desk, had directions printed out for local places, and very comfortable. Nothing customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I<BR/>did not like the hotel at all. Staff was nasty. Housekeepers need to be fired. Rooms stink. I<BR/>did not like anything about this hotel. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 This hotel was a fair value for what we paid. It was fairly clean, the parking was in a secure lot and was free. I would stay here if I were to visit Memphis again. The location was a little far but definitely manageable. Our beds did not get made after the first night we stayed here.
