The smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, in the hall and on the elevator was awful (not in the room though). customer rating 5 out of 5 Very clean and a friendly helpful staff. A nice decor, almost a micro form of a Residence Inn I stayed in. The lady taking care of the breakfast is a super individual a credit to you all. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Cashier at head desk was not at all helpful. This was one of my worst experiences with traveling ever! Room was so disgusting with smoke smell and they wouldn't let us change rooms. Even after I begged them to move us because my 14 year old daughter has a breathing problem when she is around smoke or second hand smoke. Not a thing! Wouldn't give us another room. Daughter could not breath in smoke infested room with breathing trouble!
