Check-in was perfect; clerk very knowledgeable of area restaurants. Breakfast menu not comparable with other chains (HIE). Spacious; and nice breakfast. Dated TV, and no king bed. customer rating 5 out of 5 Loved the refrigerator with the freezer and the microwave in the room. Staff was super helpful and accommodated all our needs including a pack and play and the rooms were large and loved the divider. The swimming pool water wasfreezing one of the drawing cards of this hotel for our boy. But he was miserable in it. so was I. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall, the experience was a pleasant one with the family. The staff were professional and courteous and expressed a good deal of professionalism. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I appreciated the professionalism and the cleanliness of the facility. The lobby wasn't very alluring.
