Hotel was very nice and common area was very nice. Toilet kept running and bathroom door locked when shut (with no one in it). Went down to front desk at midnight to get help to open door (other guests were sleeping) - told not to cal Close to Johnson City Medical Center, Sams Club and Walmart Super center. Poor communication with maintenance staff - broken door handle previously repaired with duct tape.
