This hotel needs to be updated to the expectations of the other Red Roof Inns, or the prices should be downsized to a lower rate till updates are done. Liked the location. Not the cleanest room, bathroom too small, towels and wash cloths were stained, old and rough texture. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 I probably would not go back. The staff was very friendly. The filthy bedspreads. customer rating 4 out of 5 When we booked the room we booked a king bed with a fireplace. Got checked in and went to the 6th floor just to find the room they gave us did not have a fire place and the bed was the worst bed I have ever seen. Called down to the office and they said they did not have a king/fireplace and we could have a room with 2 queens Anne a FP. Did not like this since it was not what we booked. Went to the office to change rooms and the manager on duty was the one who gave us the queen room. The other girl takes back the keys she just gave us and sent us to another room where we found ourselves in a themed room. It did have a king bed & fireplace! I am grateful that this young lady helped us out. We were there to send the night for my birthday kid free. She made it a great day. The next morning I found out that the room we booked had pluming problems. It would have been nice to know that from the start.
