Upon check-in you must go talk to a salesman to get parking pass and hear their sales pitch to encourage you to attend yet another sales pitch later for a resort program. This is reason enough for me not to go back here. During stay was called twice by hotel late in the evening, apparently a policy to show that they were concerned about our stay there. This is counter productive, it may be well suited to high maintenance guests, but for someone try to get a break from the daily routine, this is both alarming and annoying. Indoor pool is a nice two-person pool, anymore people in it would have been too crowded. Room/hotel was very nice. Bad policy of annoying guests with evening phone calls. customer rating 4 out of 5 The location to the convention center and attractions was great. Room was booked for 4. Two in the king bed and 2 on the pull out sofa. The sofa was horrible . Luckily, we brought a inflatable mattress.
