We also asked for a non-smoking room, but were placed in a smoking room, as was obvious by the smell and ash trays. Since we came in after midnight we decided to not make a fuss but will never stay there again. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. This hotel is run down and very dirty. The windows, light switches and mop boards probably hadn't been cleaned in years. customer rating 2.5 out of 5
This place suited my needs for the most part...only real problem I had was I needed some maintenance done in the bathroom the minute we checked in but we were informed that there was no one available until the next day. So I fixed the running toilet Location convenient to dining/shopping. A little expensive for a 1 star motel. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The temp got down to 30 degrees. The room was warm.
