The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. The laundry area was open for public view. Easy online booking. I Asked for extra pillows due to a bad back but they did not bring them as promised. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 We have stayed at this hotel several times before. This was the worst stay ever, bed just thrown together on the second night, Continental breakfast absolutely terrible.
