Noise next door, and no response by the night clerk to my complaint. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The beds were comfortable and the staff was fairly friendly. However, we requested a non-smoking room and were given one that smelled strongly of a combination of smoke and pet. The keys did not work the lock and we had to get help to open the door twice. Beds were comfortable. smoke / pet smell, keys did not work well, middle of the night noise.
