Night shift clerk was very friendly and helpful. Said I would have a microwave in room but wasn't, had to go to lobby. customer rating 5 out of 5 All loved breakfast. Clean, breakfast good compared to all the other 2 stars..but needed to pay more. Needed to plea prior to arrival to upgrade from a blind bid to ensure 2 beds for 4 people in room. customer rating 4 out of 5 Close to everything I'd need, hope skip and jump to interstate 90. Bathrooms looks like they have been re done recently. quiet but not alot of folks there. Comfortable beds.The a/c was window unit and very difficult to adjust ran all night very noisy. Easy to get to. The staff upon request was asked for a room with double beds and wanted to charge an extra $30 this is a rip off.
