When we showed up at this hotel I was not impressed with the busy downtown location first of all. I was not happy with the fact that our room was very warm and the a/c wouldn't cool off the room. So I tried to open the window which only opened about 3 inches. This was not enjoyable either as the busy downtown area had loud screaming people all night who were chased off eventually by police, but then this loud group showed up on 6th floor at 1:15 am where they were screaming and hollering in the hallways and slamming doors, not to mention vomiting apparently after the excessive amounts of alcohol they consumed until 3:15 am. This was the worst hotel stay that I have ever had. I didn't like anything about this hotel, I'm sorry to say. The room was hot, beds uncomfortable, shower didn't work very well, noisy location. Miserable! customer rating 1 out of 5 Rooms were clean. Under renovation, pool, and restaurant were closed.
