Requested a room change but desk clerk would not switch room, even though there were no other guests there. customer rating 4 out of 5 The day manager who checked us out was very nice and personable. There were laundry facility, which was helpful. I didn't like the decor, I'm not a modern person, but the rooms could be a little more updated. Also the sign outside could be a little larger.
