Customer Reviews for Best Western Sundowner Inn Hot Springscustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 Nice, comfortable hotel in a pretty safe area. The hotel lobby and the rooms were clean. The beds were good, mattresses a little floppy but not terrible. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. The 'breakfast' was good with about average selection; but it was clean and orderly unlike some places we have stayed. The hotel had a water softener which was very nice for the hard water conditions in the area. Hotel had accepted my bid online and when I checked out, the price per night was even less than my bid. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 It was very ordinary, nothing special. We felt safe here,and the hotel was quiet. There was a huge spot on the carpet inside the door of our room. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel was in a small town in the Black Hills, SD, the appearance was excellent and in a quiet location. Parking was close. The reception desk was very nice(excellent) so was the check out. Nothing.
