Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Columbia-airport West Columbiacustomer rating 3 out of 5 On one of the two days I dined at the restaurant for breakfast, the service was so poor I almost got up and walked out. The two servers kept going into the back kitchen area leaving the guests unattended for long periods of time. The front desk staff was very courteous. The in-room air conditioner and fan were so loud you couldn't run it at night. customer rating 5 out of 5 Clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, nice amenities. Bath great! Davey, at the desk, was so helpful. Our room smelled of smoke, in a totally non-smoking hotel ( some people are just rude ) and he changed our room immediately. Loved this hotel. Very surprised how nice it was. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast not served unless purchased at restaurant - not impressed with that. But dinner there was great! customer rating 4 out of 5 Very slow service in restaurant. Front desk person not helpful.
