Would have liked free continental breakfast. Coffee should be available 24 hrs. We had to downgrade rooms when we arrived because they were over booked. Staff was friendly, but we didn't get what we thought we were paying for. Overall, disappointed. Friendly staff. Did not have enough for guests. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Excellent experience.
