The room was nicer than expected. We wanted oceanfront and wanted it cheap. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Maid service came while we were out. They only made one bed. They took all the towels, washcloths, and soap and did not replace th Oceanfront. Close to pirates voyage. Cheap. Maid service was bad. Non smoking. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 The night staff was very unfriendly and not very accommodating. They have no cribs available and are not pet-friendly. They made and exception for us, but were not happy about it. The location is good, but I would not return to that hotel with my young ch Unfriendly night staff, good location, horrible accommodation. While it's certainly not a luxury hotel, it is clean and well-kept and the best part...right on the beach. The location was great, right on the beach. Hot water was not working properly in room, lukewarm shower.
