House keeping was on top of things. Wish they would clean all the pools an hot tub. customer rating 4 out of 5 Hotel was decent. Some remodeling was going on, but otherwise great accommodations. Location is EXCELLENT! Close to beach, bars & boardwalk.. Front desk staff was somewhat rude. customer rating 1 out of 5 The room and balcony was small to say the least, the comforter was scratchy and sheets didn't feel clean or just of low quality. The bathroom was the worst part though. The fan didn't work, there were burns on the counter and toilet even though this was a non smoking room. When I mentioned the problem to the hotel staff the next morning it was dismissed. The pool was dirty at best, the hot tub wasn't as bad but not very clean either. On our 12 days on the road this was the worst hotel we stayed at. The rate was good, but reflected in the room and service. Dirty, cig burns in the bathroom even though non smoking. Staff rude.
