Overall good comfortable stay but the cleanliness of the bathroom ( cleaner shower curtain and towels) could have been better. The shower curtain was dirty. Some of the towels did not look clean. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel was fine however the management did not have the ability to solve simple problems that were their fault. Nothing. The service was bad, it seemsI did not meet the type set. customer rating 5 out of 5 The lady at the front desk was very friendly. We weren't in hotel very much at all, this was first trip to ocean for our children. We did get a good night rest and the view was amazing. Access to water park down the Boardwalk, just had to sign in. Would have loved to have access to a beach chair or knowledge that I needed to purchase one.
