The convenience and location which met our needs, personally. There was 1 day when our room had not been tended to when we returned at 2:00 pm. customer rating 2 out of 5 I got what I paid for. Trying to go the cheap route ended me up with a cheap hotel. The check in was fast. The ironing board was broken. Had to contact front desk for WiFi and remote function. Shower had hair in the curtain. customer rating 5 out of 5 Staff very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Easy in and out onto 501 and 17 good breakfasts. Trouble finding it at night as I did not have a GPS.
