One reason I chose this hotel was for the kids sprinkler playground and it was closed down. You would think that by Spring Break this stuff would be up and going. The outdoor bar was closed during week and also I never found a time the restaurant nor the gift shop was open. The restroom by the pool was always dirty. We ask for towels from maid service and the first day I was told they would have to bring bath towels back to me as they did not have any and I never received any. Another day I received no hand towels and they did not have a dish towel. I would think that they would have a supply of towels that were needed and make sure to bring them back if that is what they said they would do. Kids Loved pool. Disappointed about the closing of the kids sprinkler playground, one reason we chose hotel. Room was small, bathroom very dark, beds small and hard.
