Customer Reviews for Best Western The Carolinian Beach Resort Myrtle Beachcustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel had a great location right on the beach with a beautiful view from our balcony, and the hotel personnel, especially Lindsey, at the desk were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to Magnolia's on 26th, a good restaurant, and it has a great looking pool etc. which looked like fun for the whole family. It was a wonderful value! It was a beautiful view right on the beach! The decor was a little dated. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I had to call for housekeeping, TV didn't work, no selection of pillows on bed, curtain had a mildew stain from A/C. Walls were like cardboard. Waiting on a credit for Saturday night. The manager was very receptive to my complaints. The hotel needs a total overhaul. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I like everything except they told us it has kitchen and there was no kitchen in our room. So they ask as if we need kitchen we have to pay more.
