I did not like the customer service. I had to track down some clean towels down. They continued to give me the run around in finding clean towels. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Low cost. Low quality. The towels had sharp pointy surfaces that were very abrasive even for a man. I left at 4 AM and there was no one at the desk to take the card key. The note that said they left for 10 minutes was wrong. Came back a half hour later - No elevator-- also the towels wer so abrasive you can use them as an exfoliant. customer rating 4 out of 5 Price, convenient location, quiet. Tub drain ran too slow, had to wait for it.
