The sheets were not fresh on bed I put sign out for fresh sheets but did not happen next day room was also not clean. customer rating 2 out of 5 Convenient location for coliseum access. Rooms need updating. Restaurant not open for lunch or dinner. customer rating 5 out of 5 I def would not mind staying here again. Everyone was very pleasant. My room's lock wouldn't work. After 2 attempts to fix it, we were upgraded to the club floor with free breakfast for the hassle. I was very pleased. Very concerned with pleasing or helping the customer.
